Alumni Flower Baskets on Sale NOW! $29

We continue to support our former London Students by offering scholarships each year to current graduating seniors. All proceeds go directly to the college of their choice in the fall. $29 for a 12" hanging basket. You can pick up your basket at Shady Oaks directly with a paid coupon or pick them up at the school on May 9th. Just in time for Mother's Day! Baskets bloom through fall. Buy a hanging Flower Basket and support our Alumni Scholarship Fund.

Title 1 Family Heritage Night & Dinner March 21st

Our school is sponsoring a school-wide Family Heritage Night on March 21st. Please join us for a complimentary dinner that night starting at 5:30 p.m. In preparation for this event we took a field trip to the Douglas County Museum in Roseburg to see what various displays look like. Box Tops Bucks Raffle, March 13 - April 13, 2018

This month students can enter a raffle to win a Coca-Cola Mini Fridge with completed Box Top Bucks. Students can enter as many times as they can in the raffle window of March 13 - April 13, 2018

Please remember to NOT cut off the expiration dates when cutting out Box Tops and look to make sure each top is not expired. We sent home a Box Top Buck attached to the March Newsletter. Bucks are available in the office to pick up as well. Please remember to cut out these labels and send them to school. Our school receives $1 for every buck submitted. Every little bit helps!

Oregon Battle fo The Books

We are participating in the Oregon Battle of The Books competition again this year. Each team reads 16 books and answers questions about the books. We had two teams this year. The posting picture is our 3rd – 5th Division Team consisting of Seth, Micah, Zoe, Emma, Apple and Penelope. They will be battling at Thurston High School March 10th. The battle starts at 8:30 a.m. The Middle School Team of Morgan, Isabela and Phil battled on March 3rd in Junction City. We would like to give recognition to all the students who participated in the program and thank the parents who help support all the reading.
